1 California Avocado
1-2 Teaspoons Fresh Garlic Juice
2-3 Tablespoons Dulse Flakes
1 Teaspoon Sweet Basil
1 Teaspoon Oregano Flakes
1/2 Cup Soft Wheat Water
3-5 Large Tomatoes, Diced
1-1/2 Bunches of Celery, Diced
1-2 Cups Alfalfa Sprouts
1-2 Cups Red Clover Sprouts
1/2 Cup Lentils, Sprouted 2 Days
Mash avocados in a large mixing bowl. Add garlic juice, dulse flakes, sweet basil, oregano and Soft Wheat-Water. You may let dressing marinate a short while. Add diced tomatoes, celery and lentil sprouts. Make a bed of alfalfa/red clover sprouts on 2 dinner plates and top each with half of the mixture. Enjoy!
Note: Alfalfa and Red Clover Seeds can be mixed and sprouted together to save space.
