Watermelon Rind or
1 Unwaxed Cucumber
2 Leaves Fresh Basil
1/2 Bunch Fresh Spinach
2 Heads Romaine Lettuce or Green Leaf Lettuce
1/4 Fresh Fennel Bulb
2 Stalks Celery
Juice all ingredients in a Champion Vegetable Juicer. Drink 1 quart once or twice daily (a.m. and p.m. preferably)
Note: We have found that for the price, Commercial Champion Vegetable Juicers make the best enzyme rich juice, staying cold and preserving the live enzymes.
Champion Juicers were discontinued by the manufacturer during the scamdemic. We recommend a Greenstar Pro for newcomers to juicing to make juice from leafy greens and hard veggies such as celery, beet, or carrot. You will still need a masticating juicer for juicing pineapple and softer fruits that are not going to be blended. Depending on how often you will use it will help you determine what you are willing to spend.
