1 Head Young Broccoli, Chopped**
2 Large Ears Sweet Corn, Cut Off the Cob
2 Large Stalks Celery, Diced
1 Cup Kamut, Soaked 24 Hours
1 Cup Italian Dressing
1 Cup Natural Sauerkraut
2 Tablespoons Dulse Flakes
Place broccoli, sweet corn, celery and kamut in a large mixing bowl and combine well with Italian dressing. Spread sauerkraut over large dinner plates and top with mixture. Sprinkle dulse flakes over top. Serve.
**Young broccoli may have some or all of the stems peeled then diced and added to the salad.
