1 Cup Alfalfa Sprouts
1 Cup Red Clover Sprouts
1/2 California Avocado
1/2-1 Teaspoon Fresh Garlic Juice
3/4 Cup Natural Sauerkraut
1 Teaspoon Dulse Flakes
1/4 Cup "Swiss Cheese" Yogurt
Spread sprouts over a dinner plate. Mash the avocado and stir in garlic juice. Spread this mixture over sprouts. Spread Natural Sauerkraut on top of avocado and sprinkle with dulse flakes.
